Blue Belle and Shine Y'all By Gabriel Cosmetics In Collaboration With Brooke Anderson

Hello everyone.

I'll state upfront that the two polishes I am showing today were complementary for a news release I did a few weeks ago about a new collection created by Gabriel Cosmetics in collaboration with Brooke Anderson. These colors individually sell for $8.50 or $38.50 for the set of six.

Blue Belle

Now that said, of the six colors released, the one shade that I personally loved was Blue Belle. I am a lover of blues, especially the deep cobalt ones. Blue Belle was one of the deepest and most gorgeous that I had  seen.

You can imagine the big grin that came across my face when I opened the package and there was that gorgeous blue. Blue Belle is a rich deep blue with just the right amount of shimmer.

I had no issues with the application. This polish was smooth to go on and I had full coverage with two coats. As all Gabriel products, it is of excellent quality.

My husband for the most part doesn't notice my polish to much. But this one, got a comment. He loved it. Every time I would come home from somewhere, he wanted to know if anyone said something about my nails. This one is a sure winner.

Shine Y'all

Shine Y'all is full of  holographic silver glitter of two sizes. It is mostly made up of very fine glitter with small sized hexes. It adds up to quite a dramatic look, just perfect for the upcoming holiday season.

As far as the design, there is a height gradation with the glitter tips. I made them to be thinner on the middle finger and gain height as they work their way to the small finger and thumb.

I finally used some of my Nail Vynals and worked with the larger chevron.

A Word About Gabriel Cosmetics

I am familiar with Gabriel Cosmetics. Most Organic stores have their products and I already had a couple  of their polishes. They are Leaping Bunny certified which rates highly in my book. Gabriel is also certified gluten free, certified natural and 100% vegan.

They have a fun line of skin care and make up. What I like is that they also have gift sets from $25-$75.

This link to Gabriel Cosmetics if you want to further investigate their line of products

Here's the whole set, I think every color is well thought out. It looks to be a great overall collection.

And since Gabriel is a Leaping Bunny company, Mr. BB approves.

Well, that wraps up this post. As usual, take care until we meet again.............

A New Collaboration Between Brooke Anderson and Gabriel Cosmetics

Press Release

I'm just a tad bit excited about this new collection from Gabriel Cosmetics!

Brooke Anderson has gotten together with Gabriel Cosmetics to create a new limited addition set of nail color that will certainly appeal to the southern lady in us all. So let's head down South with Brooke Anderson and Gabriel Cosmetics!

So one by one, here we go!

 I Do Declare

I Do Declare is a Graphite Sparkle

Southern Belle
Southern Belle is a rich Boysenberry Shimmer

Shine Y'all

Shine Y'all is a Chrome Glitter

Blue Belle
Blue Belle is a Mariner Blue Shimmer

Darlin'

Darlin' is a Aqua Blue Glitter

Hush Hush

Hush Hush is a Steel Grey Shimmer

These polishes are a gorgeous addition to the Gabriel line.

Gabriel's polishes run $8.50, which to me is reasonable for their quality. They can be found at better organic stores, including Whole Foods.  However, Gabriel is offering this whole set for only $38.50 on their website!

Gabriel offers free shipping for $50.00 and over orders so you may want to look around and see what other goodies you can pick up.

And if you already didn't know Gabriel's cosmetics are vegan and cruelty free. Their products carry the Leaping Bunny logo. The company also received a certified organic rating from the USDA.

It goes without saying that they are also "5 free". Gabriel's polishes are free of: Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP,  Camphor and Phthalate.

Personally, I use Gabriel polish and would recommend it to my friends. I have been trying to mainly purchase cosmetic products that are cruelty free. For me, this line is top drawer without the exorbitant price.

Again, this polish is cruelty free and Mr. BB approved (yes, I have a bunny).

That's it this time. So until next time, take care.......Terri

Gabriel's Hibiscus

Hello,

Today I have beautiful Hibiscus by Gabriel Organics. I picked this up earlier this week at Susanne’s, a very nice organic health shop. I was actually window-shopping for some vegan mineral makeup and was pleasantly surprised to see nail polish.

Gabriel's cosmetics are vegan and cruelty free. Their products carry the Leaping Bunny logo. The company also received a certified organic rating from the USDA.

Back to the polish; Hibiscus is a glossy coral pink cream with a nice consistency and goes on smoothly. It only took two coats to have it looking great. I was also impressed on how quickly it dried. Hibiscus has a beautiful rich look to it.

There are only 18 polishes in the Gabriel line, but it is a nicely curated palette. I already know which one I am getting next (Manta Ray)! They are $8.50, which to me is reasonable for their quality. They can be found at better organic stores, including Whole Foods.

I enjoyed going to their web site and looking around. Products can be ordered directly from them with free shipping for $50.00 and over orders.

So, does anyone else have any experience with Gabriel products? I would like to know what you think about them.

Personally, I would recommend this polish to my friends. I have been trying to mainly purchase cosmetic products that are cruelty free. For me, this line is top drawer without the exorbitant price.

Again, this polish is cruelty free.

That's it this time. So until next time, I hope today brings you a beautifully polished life.......Terri
