Golden Oldie Thursday-Darling Diva's CHANNELING COCO
I am pretty happy! This is my first Golden Oldie Thursday post ever. I am using Darling Diva's Channeling Coco. It is a fairy sheer base with a limited amount (on purpose) of pink and smaller black glitter.
Three coats would work, but to be on the safe side, I did use four. I tipped the nails with Floss Gloss's FADED to represent the wonderful trimming on a vintage Chanel jacket.
The broken lines above the tips represent all the hand stitching that goes into a couture garment.
And the small dots (Orly's Orly Platinum)? Well, when was Coco Chanel ever without her pearls?
That's it for this time and until the next......Terri

I got this polish last Spring when Darling Diva had it on "Last Chance". I really do think it is an unique glitter based polish. It had been on my ETSY favorite list a few months. I got it just in the nick of time.
ReplyDeleteThe whole idea around this mani is wonderful. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you, this one was fun.
ReplyDeleteGreat concept <3
ReplyDeleteAnd I do really appreciate the low amount of glitters in this polish, as you might have notice I'm not a fan of glitters at all :D But I really like gelly sandwiches, when glitters are somehow moderate.
Well, don't worry, I make up for it! It's scary how many glitters I've collected in such a short time.
ReplyDeleteLet me say my textureds are a great compensation then :D
